Like a rollercoaster trough the city in a monorail. 13-08-06
Sunday me and Sarah had some great time going shopping, we saw all the different parts of town and the markets. We went to town by monorail, which was great, but really scary because it felt like you were hanging next to it and it would fall down any second, but you could see everything very well, we saw the whole town and it was a nice experience.
We also went to several churches, mosques and temples; all really different from each other.
I really liked the Indian temples, all colorful statues billed up together to form a tower (they got lots of colors and amazingly how many sculptures there are!)
After our day of shopping and walking trough town we took a massage at a blind centre. Because they are blind there feeling is much better and they can feel were you have pain or were it’s stuck. For me it was really painful, the man did it really hard, but it was an experience.
The boy who massaged my mother was reaction at sounds by also looking at that person and he was looking in my direction all the time, but well he was blind....
That's what I thought. When I had to dress again I just did it there, because it doesn't matter, they are blind! But than in the end the guy said goodbye and shook hands and I could swear; He could see
whaaaaaa, what a joke, well he had a good day than, haha
At night we went to her grandmother’s house and had a drink and a nice conversation. It was hard saying goodbye again, but I know I will see her again.
Monday we spend the morning at the hotel near the airport, a real fancy hotel, which was nice, for some change. We had a big buffet breakfast (they eat a warm meal in the morning, with nasi and meat etc, bleh I can’t eat that in the morning) and than toke a swim in the swimming pool.
